Refund Policy

We want you to be confident using OverdueDesk. You can try the Service on the Free plan before paying anything.

Cancel anytime

Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. After cancelling, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

14-day refund on your first payment

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of purchase. Renewal payments are not refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a billing error.

How to request a refund

Email overduedesk@gmail.com with the email address on your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders.
